Matt Thorpe certainly knows his way around that guitar. Roy Buchanan{RIP} said you get a crazy kind of feeling when a guitar plays the blues,Matt obviously knows that feeling!

I can feel the music flowing right through the man's fingers. Clapton-like without the over emphasis on the short strings. Make the BB King-like. I love how he lets the strings vibrate, playing up on the neck. Great stuff.

I have always loved SRV music since the first day I heard it and woundered if there would ever be another like him.
When I heard Matt Thorpe play I thought he sounded just like SRV. I'm hooked.
