Solid as Iron, Smooth as wine

I first heard their (his?) song Trapeeze on a soundtrack for a movie. I was struck by it... I have been enthralled by every song I have heard by Iron and Wine thus far. It's fresh but eerie... Kinda like a sweet dream...

I found the band which loves the tender voice of silence
It plays so softly
It sounds as close as my skin
It touches something important in my inner space

I feel this is more like it's a new genre of sound like altervative-hop. Nice up-tone on the melody and voice's of a female lightly place behind lyrics with a creative feel to the males voice of delivery. Truely would love to chop some tracks up and and some drums to it but "Boy with a Coin," has it's own flavor with creative clapse filling the hook with power. Truely something I needed to hear from music, because after all I'm a Hip-Hop producer whose always looking for a little brain storming from your regular 808 set of drums...astonished by this sound, if Timbaland heard it, magic would be made for sure keep up the delivery.

iron and wine has to be by far the greatest band i have ever heard, its just like the name, they have an iron rythem an it flows through you like wine.
i listion to all sorts of music hard rock,meatl,indie,punk, "screamo",sicadelic rock,funk,.
but i always know i can put on some iron an wine an not want to switch it to somthing eles, so i just want to say thanks iron and wine for makeing a band thats real.

I am so excited today, I started looking through download.com music and am finding artists I had no clue I'd find on here. Iron and Wine is such an amazing artist, I enjoy relaxing to this music, maybe reading a book, maybe sleeping, or maybe just laying back enjoying the melodies and whatnot solidly built into this music.
