Of the crimes perpetuated on people, pornography rates at the top. Especially when it involves young people who are virtually tortured. No matter how good this group must be, it is unthinking to pick a name that has such serious moral & ethical problems. I realize they wanted a name that people would remember, but come on ~ picking a despicable subject that can involve slavery & torture among other things & trying to make it into a popular group name is not socially acceptable, or a good business move, besides being a slap in the face for those that endured forced pornography. Get it right people, change the name! What's next,a four letter word starting with "F" with "ers" on the end? Let's use some dignity, perhaps we can slow the decay of the human species.

Supergroup? Not even close. I hear what sounds like Beatles and ELO influences and these guys don't totally stink but then again that's not saying much considering the current crop of "headliner" talent you have to compare them to.
C'mon people, they're just another band with some harmonies and a few chords. This song is actually tedious to listen to but then I'm not on drugs either. That would probably help me to ignore the repetitive nature of the lyrics and the beat but if I have to go there just to listen to a song, good grief ... what's the point?
These guys may have been a really fun neighborhood garage band and probably sound OK when their music is mixed in with the sounds of beer bottles crashing on the floor, the couple next to you dry-humping on the bar-stool and pool balls clicking and clacking in the background but to listen to them on my home stereo or the headphones of my MP3 player is a much more demanding (and intimate) experience.
For that situation "The New P's" just don't cut it as far as I'm concerned.

I love this song. Great structure, heavenly harmonies, fantastic and thoughtful lyrics. What more could a pop music fan ask for?
