This album is entirely too predictable and I would only recommend this band to people that have never heard a good metal band before. If you've heard a single decent metal act prior to rolling this album then you know just how bad this stuff really is. Highly recommended as a stepping stone for people that haven't heard any metal before, I bet this would be a great place to start and eventually work your way up to the good metal bands. By the time you've reached the likes of Slayer and Megadeth and you realize the junk you've been listening to in bands like Atreyu, be sure to thank them for teaching you how to distinguish between a good/great metal band and a complete %#!@ one like this. 1/5 stars

I love their lyrics and enjoy the feel of their music. I've seen them live and they have such energy, the lead singer has a vibe that just brings the crowd in. I would definatly recomend them to all fans of heavier music, slightly gothic and deffinatly rocking!!

Right Side of the Bed is hot. Ramstein meets Kiss, this tune kicks *****. Vocals from Hell followed by a chorus from The Vienna Boy's Choir - great stuff. Should be a part of any serious hard rock collection. 5 stars! Rock on dudes ...

This artist is
awesome.
They have shredding guitarists, 2 Awesome Vocalists, and a killer drumline.
They combine many elements of music to produce the sound that they have.
They have pianos, Violins, synthisizers, etc.
They are a wonderful band with
great music, and even better lyrics.

Dan Jacobs is a very competent player, and I recently purchased his signature guitar by ESP. I'm not one for doing this, but this guitar had everything I was looking for...Floyd Rose, EMG active pickups, Sperzel Locking tuners, set neck and even an EMG afterburner....sweet axe....

basicly its got good riffs but the lyrics do seem that there trying a bit to hard to be "emo'ie" so for that its just lost a star check out the other side of the bed for a better one of there hits

This band could be the best band ever!

I first heard Atreyu in a Racing videogame, and i fell in love with it. The song i heard was: "right side of the bed" and it is so awesome... it has everything, sweet guitar riffs, solos and kick-***** vocals, but it's melodic and heavy at the same time, i love it. If you like Avenged Sevenfold, System of a Down, Metallica (early), or any other metal/alternative band, Atreyu will knock your socks off.
