They've Stood the Test of Time

I've been listening to Bill & Mike since I was 16 - now 20 years - before there was an "official" album to speak of. Even when I lost track of them, I'd find myself humming the music. Suffice it to say, they've stood the test of time and, by the sounds of it, are here to stay. They are solid in whatever genre they choose to play.

Mike and company deliver a killer southern blues sound with an edge. The vocals and music are delivered effortlessly and flawlessly and capture the energy and feel of the delta. Wave your confederate to this one and crank it up! We'll be hearing much of Freedom and Whiskey for some time to come, gladly. - John Chaney
