This is one of the VERY few current pop bands that I will admit to having a decent amount of respect for. Their song writing is not too formulaic like most of the recent pop acts have been and their songs are (are you ready for this?) ACTUALLY DISTINGUISHABLE from one another! A feat unheard of in the current recipe for pop stardom. If only their lead singer looked more like Chris Carrabba and less like Brian Wilson they would be ***** owning the music charts right now. I think its complete bull%@#! thats the way things are at the moment but hopefully that will change before too long. I strongly recommend this band to any fan of music from the likes of the Strokes and scorn hardcore pop fans because you really don't deserve to have a band this good buried among your troves of pop garbage to choose from.

Even though DCFC has been around for a number of years, their sound gets better and better with age. Their combination of melodic, sometimes haunting vocals interspersed with catchy hooks and hum-able guitar riffs ensure that DCFC will never disappoint.
