A magic voice that consoles with accoustic simplicity

That is just the word, feel, that describes the music so well. When all the other artists had said it all, she comes with her voice and the simplicity over the arrangement and just sums it up. It is allright, it is just alright, whatewer you have experience in life, maybe that love that never existed, and was not to be, but even though, rest as you feel and feel the rest in the music, while the rhytm flow.

i picture her in her lonely apartment writing notes to herself with only the sun and the humming birds to chace off her 'blonde nieve' attitude. Shes got talent but not in the area that keeps my boat rowing.

Rai hits it on the head. Wonderful voice, and memorable lyrics! Of course I should not forget to mention that the accoustic guitar would sound like just another musician if it was not for her singing style. I love the repeating intonations as they build energy to continue the song. I have listened to all except the last two on the list, and you know I will get to those!! Look at her. She knows she is good! If ever there was a soundtrack to a lost female space fighter pilot who recounts her life as the oxygen runs out, and then she is discovered and rescued by the perfect man who happens to be a pirate and who, unfortunately loves his beautiful space pirate wife, the music from Rai would be it.

I guess im new to music this good because this chick blew me off my feet, into bed actually. To begin her voice is to fall head over heals for, as for the musical arrangement it nothing but soothing, groveful guitars. I still dont understand why this beauiful, super talented muscisian isnt selling any records all across the country, im pretty sure lots of boys and girls are gonna be holding hands after "down on a mountain side" . I seriously recomend Rai to anyone who is falling either in or out of love or just looking for something to listen to on an early morning run.

I really enjoy listening to Rai's brand of music. She's great at what she does, but what I don't like is the fact that there is seemingly no way to contact her and that she doesn't have a website listed.
I wanna know where to get her CDs!!

The song evermore has been my favorite song for a few months now and i listen to a lot of new music each week. the sound rai has invokes joy and i really love how when i hear her songs its like the sun just came out.
