Very nice...may be "haunting", or is that it just grows on you...there is an endearing quality about it and its not sad but has a bit of hope or cheerful anticipation in its sound...but maybe thats just me looking to like this...and i do!

since i'm too lazy to write a review, i just copied one from amazon: "I've really come to love this album, though I'll confess it was slow to grow on me. For once thing, if you are in the mood for something upbeat and energetic, this isn't going to be your album. It is quiet, somber, reflective, minimalistic."

Wistful, lazy multilayered melodies with pared down chords that lift and evoke. Cat Power's voice is understated but packs punch and oozes something deep, dark but sweet. Molassis?
