Rihanna is a bad singer and so is this song...

I have no idea how this song has gotten popular for so long especially when I always thought Rihanna is a terrible singer. Not only does she say "umbrella" odd, but she also has a either a bad voice or speaks very unclearly. And this is why I wonder how did she even get into the music industry? I know girls in my school that is in chorus groups that can sing so much better than this.
