She played a great rocking boogie blues piano coupled with a strong melodic voice
Her phrasing matches and propels her rocking rhythm
Makes you want to dance

I listen to a lot of self termed blues players and some stand out
Doc Quinn is one of those with his light loping rhythms backing his bluesy original lyrics

Eddie and his band epitomise the best of the "Chicago blues " style -being clear gutsy vocal line backed by strong rocking rhythmic riffs from piano and guitars that just make you want to dance -all overlain with a bluesy feeling provided by the harmonica and lead guitar
