This EtherDisk disk supports 3Com's family of bus mastering PCI and EISA network adapters with a common driver set. Products included in this family are the EtherLink III PCI and EISA TPO and Combo adapters and the Fast EtherLink 10/100BASE-TX and T4 adapters. This disk includes new drivers to support the newest member of the Fast EtherLink Family, the PCI 10/100-T4 adapter.

Summary: This does not give details as for version or date. After spending the time to download win98 says the best driver is the one I already have and then exists me out.
