Pros: If you have allot of passwords to keep this program will do the job I have used it for over 3 months and it works great.
Cons: the only thing it does not have is a backup Feature.

"good product dont agree with editors review"
Pros: secure, reliable, flexible, good features, easy to use. has the editor used it for more than 5 minutes?
i've never needed to customize fields
there are several password fields per record
each of which can be drag and dropped to your
webpage/window with very customizable drag options
(e.g. minimize access manager during drag, restore after etc)
I have 150+ passwords and associated info, and use
it all the time.
as for the editors comments; you 'dont' need
to copy and paste, you can copy with a single click next to the password or you can drag and drop the password field directly to where you want it to go. The database can be installed wherever you want as the application can be installed anywhere you want (like
most .net applications can simply be copied to any location yu want to run it from) you can seperately locate the database in the pro version (db management features) but i dont have a need for this.

"Slow startup, uses a lot of resource due to MS.net Framework"
Pros: It's free, it works and look better than most other password managers
Cons: Version 1.3 of this program was excellent. Small, fast. Then they decided to use Microsoft .net Framework. On my computer Access Manager 2.0 starts up slower than larger programs, such as Outlook 2003. And it uses over 30 MB of RAM.
The free version doesn't allow exporting. Hopefully it stays freeware, otherwise better choose a open source password manager or at least one that does allow exporting.
Tested with Microsoft .net Framework 2.0Final version, so their hopes that the resource utility will be better than 1.x. or 2.0 beta turn out right.
If you're using Access Manager 1.3, stick to it!

"gave it 3 chances it failed."
Cons: worked okay until i loaded all my passwords then decided to have a bug. i like to keep things simple so i dont appreciate someone that says they are safe trusted and spyware free sending out junk that is probably not tested in the first place. i have downloaded 4 items that have come up on spyware scans. dont lie to me. are your downloads safe or not? I guess i will try out tucows next, see if they are trustworthy. if you all cause someones computer to get screwed up you should have to fix it, regardless of your disclaimer.

Cons: It confusing to operate. It would suggest writting down your passwords on a piece of paper instead
