From D0gma: PassGen generates passwords with your detailed settings. You can include and exclude upper cases, lower cases, numbers and special characters. If you want specific chars, password can be generated from only characters you want. You can customize length of password. Also application has an option to re-generate passwords those generated previosly. It works on system tray and has a feature one-click-generate.

D0gma PassGen makes it simple to create random password combinations, but it offers no security features and suffers from stability issues. The no-frills, outdated interface lets you select the types of characters to be included in new passwords and define the character length (from one to 50). To strengthen your password, combinations may include letters with different cases, numbers, and special characters. You can also specify the characters you want to include in generated passwords if you want to more easily jog your memory. D0gma PassGen goes to work quickly. To save the output, copy your new passwords to the clipboard or save them in the Records tab. We would like the program to be password-protected, which would lend a needed air of security. More troubling are the runtime errors we encountered during subsequent tests. Additionally, it doesn't include a help file, which may have helped during the crashes. All told, this freeware may save novice end users some time, but it's easy to find more stable, security password generators in the market.
