The EasyLogin toolbar button for Internet Explorer allows you to log into Web sites using a single mouse click. To Use EasyLogin go to the Web page where you would like to log in and type your username and password. Do not click the login button, instead click the EasyLogin toolbar button and you will be asked where to save your Login Link to your browser's favorites. To log in simply click the link that EasyLogin created for you.

As its moniker suggests, this IE-exclusive add-on helps alleviate password woes and easily logs you into any Web site, but it had some trouble recognizing Web log-in forms and lacks security features. EasyLogin creates an unobtrusive icon that rests on top of your browser window. The program bookmarks Web forms, along with your user ID and password, and adds that information to your Favorites list. During assessment, the app worked just fine in Web-based e-mail log-in forms. However, when we came across a Web page that had a log-in form and a search field, EasyLogin cited that there were two possible log-in forms and that we had to indicate which one we preferred to use. Since bookmarked pages are easily accessible from Favorites, a security feature would've been beneficial to protect our privacy. All in all, EasyLogin delivers on its promise, but its lack of protection keeps us from fully recommending this freebie.

"Does not work with many web sites"

Pros: The idea behind this product is good.

Cons: This product just did not work at all with many web sites that I use. It couldn't login to them and had errors.
