"You might laugh at this program but..."
Pros: this program can be very useful. The neat and professional apperance that it gives your files by standardizing capitalization can be a big plus if they are viewed by others, like teachers or superviors. And in todays world, that is nothing to laugh at!
Cons: The random capitalizaion feature could be used by practical jokers to make it appear that other peoples files had be corrupted.
