"Good, but Milkdrop is better."
Pros: Smooth and colorful. Many presets in one plugin.
Cons: Costful. Free version starts with nag screen. if possible, try milkdrop before trying this.

Pros: Incredible. Totally amazing. It blew my mind out!! Gforce looks so good!! DAMN! It actually samples the music and moves in time with the beat. It is the best plugin/visualization for media players.

Pros: Kaleidoscopic mind-blower. Futuristic stress-reliever. Do-it-yourself Rorschach (say "raw shock") test.
Cons: Three-headed dragon of a system hog. For maximum performance, exit all other programs; use high-quality 21-inch monitor; turn off lights; wait for new moon (or pull blinds); settle into comfy chair; and pay 25 bucks to get rid of nag screens. None of this is necessary, but it's worth it.
