The GFR Tracker calculates, stores, displays and retrieves GFR and creatinine values of your patients. The application is compatible with other TakDak products. It includes Patient Manager, Calculation of GFR and GFR adjusted for body surface area. It inclides an interactive chart with embedded chronic kidney disease classification from the National Kidney Foundation.
