"Buggy, Complex"

Pros: There seems to be a lot of meat to the program - many features.

Cons: The meat is riddled with bugs. I can't even import my auctions, as the program returns an "unknown url" message when trying to access ebay.

"Only works for a while"

Pros: When it worked, I was pleased with it. It's a bit fiddly to figure out, but support for more than just the US eBay site was a real plus.

Cons: It tells you there's an update, downloads it, then stops working. Try to load the older version, it no longer works. Contact support, they tell you your account has "expired" and is no longer eligible for updates.
If you think of this as a one year license, rather than a purchase, then you won't be as disappointed as is was.

"Not reliable"

Summary: I think auction sentry is much better. This program is too complicated to use.

"A bit complex, But work well"

Summary: If you are a newbe this will take a bit of time to learn to use effectivly, but it is worth it.
Sets up easily, stable and really saves time. The help file is good abd complete, but read it carefully.
