This handy utility disables some system keys on your keyboard but its functions are minimal. I Hate This Key Deluxe Edition provides users with the option to completely disable or customize the activation of the Windows logo key, lock keys, function keys, and power keys. Its settings are user-defined so each key's functioning is specific to individual users at Windows start-up. During testing we were able to disable the power key's shutdown ability and configure the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys to only activate after being held down for a while. I Hate This Key Deluxe Edition's major drawback is the short list of keys it controls. Nonetheless, this seven-day trial proves to be a great software addition for power gamers and users tired of accidentally pressing system keys.
