  "Great program. Very well thought out."

  Pros: This program allows the user to keep track of the resumes and cover letters you have distributed. It is also very easy to customize them from within the application. No more quitting your job management program to go into MS Word to perform these revisions.

  Cons: I have run into occasional bugs but each time I've notified John, he has responded with an email or telephone call to let me know if he was able to duplicate the problem and, if so, what his next step is. Great technical support overcomes any weaknesses this program may have.
