Biography

Johnny Holliday was born in Annapolis MD.In 1990 he received an Associates in fine Arts Degree from the Art Institute of Seattle. In 1993 he started his own Independent Record Label called Lover J Records. He released a 2 song single tilled Dancing & Romancing Which received positive airplay from two of Seattle's hottest Stations Kube 93 and C-89. He also received outstanding reviews from Northwest Dance Music Association.In 1994 Johnny Produced and released one of the most meaningful songs of our times entitled "Can We Try To Stop The Violence". He also Founded and organization called Increase The Peace Campaign and brought together 75 dedicated Northwest vocalist to blend their voices in harmony to possibly safe a life. Johnny and his community choir has performed in malls schools and sporting events. They also Performed for the dedication of the Urban Peace Circle Memorial Sculpture for the City of Seattle And Mothers Against Violence in America . In 1999 Johnny Charted two weeks at #2 and one week at #3 on Billboard Talent Net New Artist Showcase.Currently Johnny is Showcasing around NYC and have been in the studio writing and producing new hits He is Also Nationally Re Releasing The Single “Can We Try To Stop The Violence” July 2004.
