If you want a quick and easy way to get RSS newsfeeds, weather, and stock information, Serence KlipFolio is a great place to start. The small interface lets you look at headlines from selected news sources called Klips. The program includes a few preloaded Klips, and you can download hundreds more from the publisher's Web site. The interface displays headlines in an attached window that you can mouse over for news summaries. If you're interested in a particular news item, just click the headline to open the story in a browser window. When you're done, you can either quit the program or minimize it to the taskbar for easy access. You can configure the colors and appearance of KlipFolio and create Klips for any newsfeed--something that in previous versions required a trip to the publisher's Web site. Some may find the interface too small, but Serence KlipFolio ought to satisfy most news hounds.

"Great Application (Must have it)"

Pros: KlipFolio is the best desktop RSS reader that I ever found. Some of its cool features are.
Clean & Simple interface.
Popup Alerts.
Allows Customization.
lite weight.
Supports Hot Keys.

Cons: I have found none, its really great

Version: KlipFolio 3.1

"Best RSS Feed Reader Dashboard for your Desktop on the Internet!"

Pros: I have found that klip folio Desktop Dashboard to be the absolute best RSS Feed Reader on the internet thus far! I highly recommend it to all of my family and friends and to anyone reading my review. I use my own Dashboard daily and have designed two klips of my own for my two blogs, 1) Richard F's Blog 2) Twisted 13 Warped/'s Blog. It was free to build my klips for my blogs and it has increased my blogs visibility in excess of over 3,000 viewers in less than one month. This is must have software.

"already impressed"

Pros: just downloaded this less than a half hour ago and I'm amazed at how customizable the interface is. The klipfolio.com website is equally impressive... well-organized and easy to find popular stuff right on the homepage.

Cons: Adding RSS feeds is simple, but the program doesn't automatically detect the URL when you toggle to an internet explorer window, so the URL has to be copied and pasted into the Feed Viewer setup window. Maybe I'm missing something.

"The best information manager I have used"

Pros: Its small yet sleek interface opens helps you keep informed. It is more than a personal dashboard, it is a platform to build useful klips (Widgets) on.

Cons: No Mac or Unix support. [is this really a con? ;)
