The simple click-it-and-forget-it process makes creating manual filters and rules a thing of the past. Filters Spam for POP3, AOL, HOTMAIL, MSN, and YAHOO accounts. Integrates with POP3 e-mail programs - Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Incredimail, Netscape, and others. Auto Import of address books, remote filtering, unlimited accounts and profiles supported. Includes keyword activated autoresponders, bounce backs and courtesy replies. Delete from server and send banned to trash supported.
Other features include Banned List, Keyword list, Authorized list and Attachment locking with script and image reference removal for enhanced virus protection. Automatic Private Key feature provides lock down e-mail security. No digital codes or subscriptions required. Wild card support for fine tuning of Authorized, Keyword and Banned List. Allows filtering of sub-domains, mailbox names, domains etc. Built-in Obscene subject line filter. Patent Pending process combines user profile data into a multi-tiered filtering process which changes based on user input through the built-in memory process. Users can leave filtered mail on their server, send a copy of filtered mail to e-mail program or both. Automatic filtering mode allows users to automatically process and deliver filtered mail to their e-mail program or simply clear the junk from their account online, such as AOL, Hotmail, MSN, or Yahoo accounts. Other features include Password protected profiles, Auto Compose for personal message sending - individually addressed messages, no BCC required. Users activate the filter from within their e-mail program or use it as a stand alone filter for their Web mail accounts or do both. Plus and Standard versions.
