Object Activator is a tool for Web designers and Web programmers. Object Activator converts your html Web pages to support an important upcoming ActiveX activation update from Microsoft. This update could have far reaching consequences for everyone using multimedia or active content inside their Web page. Once installed, this update will affect all current Internet Explorer users and is included in the upcoming IE7 release. Microsoft has made dramatic changes to the way ActiveX functions inside Web browsers and if you wish your users viewing experience to remain the same, we strongly suggest that you re-publish your Web sites after processing with Object Activator.

Version 2 adds Windows Vista compatibility and new options dialog.
