Version: QIT Corrective Action Management System 3.81
"My overall impression of the program having used it a month"
Pros: Basically it's been rock-solid, and the change you made to the Corrective Action Summary Report is just what we needed.
The CAR Request Form itself is improved, also; I don't believe the Cost of Quality and RPN appeared on it before, unless I'm mistaken. I'm very pleased with the reporting features of the program.
My overall impression of the program having used it a month now is that it has been good value for the money.
Cons: We're using the "Audit#" field to record the customer location of externally-reported corrective action. It'd be great to be able to manipulate that data.
