From QM Laboratory: QM Shutdown is an auto computer shutdown software. It can shutdown, restart computer, log off, turn off the monitor, and do some other shutdown related jobs. You can choose to launch commands at the exact time, after a specified amount of time has been elapsed. Version 2.01 may include unspecified updates, enhancements or bugs fixes.

Though this program is utilitarian in design, you'll find flexibility in performing and scheduling shutdown operations. The drab but functional interface of QM Shutdown offers a simple menu to instantly perform shut down, and restart and to access settings. You can easily choose and execute tasks for the current session with options to execute now, at a specific time, or after a specified delay. You can also use the scheduler to automate any operation at a specific time on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You'll have the option to receive a reminder before actions occur. You won't be able to execute all tasks in the trial version but you'll still get a pretty good feel for the program's capabilities. If you're not concerned with flashy design and want a versatile but simple shutdown utility, QM Shutdown fits the bill.
