Installer link provided here requires Microsoft Windows.
Version 1.2.1 improves calculating, adds ability to handle interest only loans, and includes some small fixes.

Version: RealtyJuggler Deluxe 1.2.1
"This is the best real estate software program I have ever used."
Pros: I recently started using RealtyJuggler Desktop, and I absolutely LOVE this program! It allows me to keep all of my information in one place and I always know where to find everything I�m looking for. Right when you open the program, you can see exactly where you need to go for whatever you need to get done in that moment. If you need information about buyers, you just click on buyers and do what you have to do. If you need information about prospects, you just click on that icon. Simply put there is a button for everything you could possibly need to be a succesful real estate agent.
If you�re looking for a program that will make your job easier and take care of all the dirty work for you, I strongly recomend that you try RealtyJuggler Desktop. This great real estate software makes it virtually impossible to mislabel anything or mess up in any way. All of your files wind up perfect every single time.
Being a realtor has never been this easy!
Cons: I'm very happy with everyhting about this product.

Version: RealtyJuggler Deluxe 1.2.1
Pros: I have always hated too follow up with prospects, in part because keeping up with the darn lists of prospcts, and their info, was just to much trobule. For the last couple of months I'e been using RealtyJuggler Deluxe, and it really makes tracking prospects easy, both selling prospects nad buying propsects.
Its great for coldcalls, too. If I have to do them, at least I can get the most out of them by keepng good records and knowing what I'm talking about when I contact them abain.
