Nice looking and works ok most times

Pros: I really liked the automatic fader. The nice looking design is attractive too.
Cons: It is hard to control the playlist. It kept on changing and loading songs of its own liking. I could not easily select songs and add them to the playlist...

Good simple music mixer

Pros: I like the mixing function. It does it automatically or you can change the settings. I plan to use this when I open my bar as it's a good substitute for a DJ or gaps between songs. You can use it for parties, too.
Cons: It doesn't have many functions and it can't read song titles if they're not conventionally labelled but it's good for free.

Pros: Looks good and works good. Great for beginners. I really like the feature "automix" that automatically transitions to the next song (which is a simple feature that free players sometimes don't have).
Cons: Somewhat small buttons (I'm running 1024x768 desktop resolution)

EZ to use for DJs

Pros: I love using this on my laptop for "mixing" at DJ events... I just put on my headphones, turn some knobs and let Tplayer do the work. Easy to make playlists segue for you like a pro! If you hate WindowsMedia (too complicated), you'll like this. Very simple and not overdone.
Cons: Not much I don't like, though I've had weird problems with files playing slow, but fine after rebooting my computer. Tplayers fault? I dunno?

Good Mixing Software

Pros: T-Player is MP3 mixing software that allows one to mix the music files on the hard drive just like at a club or on the radio. The install is easy and quick and the user interface is nice looking. It takes some getting used to as far as what button does what and I suggest exploring each section immediately after installation. The sound quality is fine, and I have had no issues with my integrated sound card using T-Player.
Cons: There is no "Help" function anywhere in the software. One has to go to the manufacturer website to find out any information or to get help with issues. One of the things T-Player doesn't have that it really needs is keyboard shortcuts. Every operation has to be performed with the mouse which can be cumbersome. I would not suggest the software for professionals who wish to use it in clubs or at gigs. The lack of keyboard operation makes it too hard to keep up with fast paced mixing. It is more geared to the home user who just wants to play with mixing their MP3's. The buttons one has to push to operate the software are small and so precise clicking is necessary. There is no "Main Volume" slider, only the individual deck volume controls. All in all, T-Player is fun to play with, but is lacking the major functions needed by professional DJ's.
