This onscreen magnifying tool works exactly like a real magnifying lens, but functionality of the lens is limited in this trial version. U4 Screen Magnifier's interface is simple and straightforward. With this application, you can effortlessly magnify a certain area of your screen by simply moving your mouse pointer. You'll then be able to see the magnified area at the upper-right corner of your screen, and when activated, it also displays a crosshair that captures the exact numeric value of the pixel's RGB color. Though you can modify the zoom level, view in rectangular or circular mode, invert color, rotate images, and copy color values to the clipboard, this trial version doesn't allow you to move the magnifier itself. It is positioned permanently at the upper-right corner of your screen, making it less efficient if you're working with a full-screen image or document. Novice to advanced users may give this 15-day trial tool a try, but full-functioning onscreen magnifying utilities are readily available elsewhere.
