Designed to empower department level management of staff vacation, it manages vacation time and other staff time usage, such sick leave. It also provides statistics and a yearly overview on the staff's vacation plans. The smallest time unit, is not necessarily half a day but may be any other fraction of a day as well (like 0.25).
