From Apocgraphy:With Webmail Retriever you can send and receive Hotmail using any e-mail program such as Outlook, Netscape Messenger, Eudora, or TheBat. Mail arrives in your inbox automatically just like regular e-mail, and can be sorted into folders manually or using your e-mail program's rules.
In addition, you can use your existing mail filtering, forwarding, or vacation (out of office) notifications just like non-web based e-mail accounts. Version 3.1 eliminates the need to upgrade accounts to the pay service.

Version: Webmail Retriever for Hotmail 3.1
Pros: Easy setup and even a test button that checks conductivity to hotmail. Set it up for your account and it runs with no problems. low resource use.
Cons: Could use some minor feature addds. But still very versitile.
