There are many hidden settings in Windows as well as in a lot of other programs and normally you can't change them. Version 9.1.100 adds Vista Support; cleans up options dialog, adds USB Support: no installation on local machine required.

Editor's review of X-Setup Pro
Though this executable makes it easy to access and modify system settings, it does require familiarity with your computer and its settings.
X-Setup Pro's clean interface offers a Classic mode to view all settings or a Wizard to change a number of common settings. You also can search for a specific setting with the Seek & Tweak feature. Categories include Appearance, Hardware, and System, and the program includes useful tips for helping you understand the settings.
In testing, we removed items from the Start menu and from Internet Explorer's Options category, and changes were reflected immediately. The Restore log was a much-appreciated feature for returning settings to their original values. Also of note is the Record mode, which allows you to make changes to multiple computers from a single file. X-Setup Pro includes links to numerous Windows tools such as the Registry Editor and the Task Manager.
This program is now easily added to your USB stick toolbox. Intermediate to advanced users will appreciate this program's ease of use and functionality.
