"Simply the best desktop text finder/search program"
Pros: It's the best desktop text finder/search indexing program with a very good interface and a very organized and customizable search/results criteria!

Pros: All the filtering and sorting that you would want make finding emails and files a snap.
If you keep all of your emails (as I do) it instantly searches your archive files as well.Cons: None to speak of
Summary: I have X1 open all day long side by side with Outlook as an invaluable "add-on". Makes me appear very smart to my colleagues when I can locate old emails and files in an instant
