Biography

Robert Aaron Eason (a.k.a. "Willow") has been in love with video game music for as long as he's had his hands on a controller or joypad. His real attraction to the stuff began around when he was 10 years old, having been emmersed in RPG classics such as Dragon Warrior and Final Fantasy. As time progressed his interest in "classic gaming" never seemed to fade. Having become familiar with the works of both the wellknown and astranged titles from the "older console era," his musical influences are derived from a wide variety of video game artists. An ambitious young musician, he has written music for as many projects that come his way; his current projects include: Excalistia (http://excalistia.com) and Formula XX Racing.

Aaron is also the owner and manager of The Original MIDI Archive [Omidia] (http://omidia.net), a haven for MIDI musicians from around the world. In addition to his work with Omidia, he also sequences (creates audio recreations of) video game tunes for the archive at VGMusic.com, The Video Game Music Archive. Both his MIDI sequences and original compositions can be found at his website: http://omidia.net/willow/
