The Bulgarian combo's American jazz mash--the striding pianos and punchy rhythms of the late ragtime era--mixes dashingly with its Eastern European cousin: minor-key clarinets and loungy vocals. Whatever the exact genealogy, just know that Django himself would tap his foot.
Biography
The band has been in existence for longer than 20 years, with various players and vocalists on board. Currently, live performances are delivered every Friday, at 9:00 pm, at the Satchmo Jazz Club, 34 Stambolyiski Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria.
