Azeem flawlessly rides each beat, intriguing and titillating with intense, prolific rhymes, while Zeph mixes and matches tightly diced drum breaks with layers of funky samples. The combination of Azeem's silver tongue and Zeph's bionic ear is a match made in heaven.

Brashly political, definitely raw, and endlessly talented, MC Azeem has been a staple on the Bay Area hip hop and spoken word scene. Hailed by the East Bay Express as the Bay Area’s top hip hop artist, Azeem debuted the full length album Craft Classic (Stray) in 2000, which featured production from none other than DJ Zeph. Azeem’s lyrical performance-which ranges from being hilarious to devoutly religious and political-and DJ Zeph’s funky horn laced beats helped generate a large buzz for the album, culminating in the single “Rubber Glue” reaching the #2 spot on the CMJ rap cart.
