Okay, so I download lots of stuff from here without previewing - so I'm surprised when I finally get to it - in the hopes of finding a gem among stones.
So far most of songs have been really good, and a seveal have earned a spot in my iPod - but after downloading and hearing Benji's stuff - & yes, I like all four - I knew I found something really, really good (these tracks have a permanent place on my playlist)
Perhaps it's in the way the vocal sits somewhere between 'Joe Cocker' & 'Baby Cakes', or that the rhythmic hooks roll off the tongue in a single breath - love singing along with Mummy - Either way, I must have looped these four tracks about 20 times on my drive home this pm - both grateful to c|net for providing such a great site, and ecstatic to find something I really like - and it was even free :-) Now I just have to get the other tracks so I have them all.
Keep doing what you're doing Benji - cause you rock
