".. I have been infected sincerely by modern-times digital cut-up composing techniques. Like a real experimentalist, I have mangled my recordings into something really unconventional. You may call it surreal clitchy noise-pop or distorted audiotecture, or whatever.. Recently I have been experimenting with tape a lot. Saturating the otherwise cheesy (but lovely) casio sound. Editing the crabby boring parts out of home-sessions and composing it into new songs.
I am currently active doing solo electronics performances. I played in Antwerp, Amsterdam, Arnhem, Anywhere really. It's a lot of fun. Allthough on stage I'm all work and no play. Which makes me a dull boy.
I have created some cut up compositions. Electronic short-tracks or 'digitally distorted miniatures'. With an average of two minutes a song. Sample based noisy abstractions, I think everyone should hear. Noisy but still rich in melody and diverse in rythm. .."
These shorts are compiled on the CDR 'digitaly distorted miniatures'. Which contains ten of these little miracles. Some other miniatures are released on a 7" vinyl by Ol? records.
