Billie Ray Martin is like if Goldfrapp, Donna Summer, and '80s acid house threw a big party in your ear. Her voice isn't necessarily as advanced as those two divas, but its dreamy quality, paired with the bugged-out acid house, is really a trip and reminiscent of disco's dirtier days.
