Editor's review

From the hot central valley of California comes the dark, quirky pop-rock of Dave Girtsman. With the poise and patience of a true rock troubadour, these songs have a classic vibe and a story beneath each song that deserves to be heard.

Dave has played in many a local band (The Mudheads, Big Biscuit Express, etc, etc) and also as a solo artist. He has also played as a backing musician for such artists as: Susanna (The Bangles) Hoffs, The Primitive Radio Gods, Yada, Yada, Yada... He is also the owner/engineer of his own private recording studio where he produces and engineers his own music and occasionally for others. What is Dave doing now? Dave is currently writing and recording his own music, producing his own segment "Dave's Ant Farm", for the XM show, "Musicians Radio".
