I never leave feedback on these sites, but felt compelled to after coming across BrassWell. In a seemingly effortless manner BrassWell is able to effectively fuse modern jazz with a classy hip hop vibe. ( i know hes not the first, but too often it seems the artists who are trying to do the same end up sounding unnatural, like theyre trying too hard; jazz and hip hop are as natural as it gets). None of his tracks (the ones that ive heard at least) have come accross as pretentious, if even deservingly, or pushy in any way. This is the type of music you chill to when you know whats up. Very good find for me...
