Drum 'n' bass imprint Breakbeat Kaos has the hard-earned reputation as one of the premier labels for the genre, so that shines well on Brookes Brothers, a U.K. duo specializing in liquid funk. New single "Rainman" is like a less-layered version of a High Contrast jam--it's pushed by a cold, driving bass line that kicks against soulful vocals.

Currently on major rotation from heavy hitters including Andy C, High Contrast and Grooverider, BreakBeat Kaos are giving something back to their fans and releasing a free download of an exclusive track, "Rain Man" from 27/10/06 call it an early Christmas present.
For "Hard Knocks/Mistakes" The Brookes Brothers serve up a slice of liquid funk which is sure to see the single caned on car stereos as much as it is on club PA's. Instantly infectious it demonstrates The Brothers gift for fantastic production and affirms BBK as the seal of approval for all things magical within the drum and bass arena.
Already confirmed, as portals for the download are DogsOnAcid.Com, Beatport.com and Drum And Bass Arena with more are to be announced shortly. It's not confirmed just how many downloads BBK will be allowing but to avoid disappointment have your laptop at the ready- It's gonna be a roadblock!
