Bryn Badel is a versatile musician, often found playing Symphonic music with orchestral groups, such as the Victoria Symphony, former principal trumpet for the Vanouver Island Symphony, he currently is performing with his jazz quartet "Lust Life" the Latin group "Kumbia" amongst others. He studied with William Dimmer, A.L. "Jigger" Lee, and Dominic Sperra. He has been a featured soloist with the Vancouver Island Symphony, a finalist in the University of Victoria Concerto Competition, and has performed many solo recitals with groups in Canada.
