Biography
Four grown up men with employments and responsibilites formed Buildings & Trees to show the world that they have nothing to prove.
- The sole purpose of making pop hits is for our own pleasure. All external appreciation we get is just an extra, like cucumber mayonnaise on hot dogs, says the drummer Fredrik Magnusson.
What was an alternative for the long time friends to playing bowling and badminton together has now evolved into a powerful unit with ethereal vocal harmonies on top of an indie/new wave-background of bass, drums, two guitars and the occational synthesizers.
The songs featured here have been recorded during 2004 in the rehearsal shack called The Cold Room south of Stockholm, Sweden. Buildings & Trees thank you for your interest in the band and wish you a pleasant music experience. Enjoy!
