Once upon a time country music was what you sang on your porch after a tent revival, and rule number 1 was no cussin'. Chet Roberts unapologetically revives those wholesome roots, but being on best behavior isn't being boring. It'll be the Wilco set that cottons to Chet's unassuming guitar tunes.
Biography
Chet Sounds, the brain child of Chet Roberts (who, coincidentally, has appeared on recordings by fellow BLE artists Tim Chad & Sherry, Good People, Pete Cummings and Ultra Vulgar), is music that any mother could love. No curse words, no bad remarks, only nice, sweet songs are what make Chet Sounds sound pretty and good.
