Editor's review

Through spoken-word phrasing that ranges from deadpan statements to piercing shrieks, Code seeks answers to questions that are as complicated and ugly as the music it makes. There's something under the surface that suggests a desire to expose real emotional honesty.

Biography

From the depths of smalltown Canada... the upper room of a red brick house pulsates with audial transgressions. These are some of the products of said room's inhabitant. Inspired by the array of tantilizing genres and multitudinous methods of realizing musical wonder, as well as a profound spiritual emphasis in the world around him (not to mention staggering evidence of an infinitely intelligent and sovereign Master Designer), Code seeks to explore the depths of oft-neglected audible assault types, as well as blending and hybridizing genres rarely seen within a thousand foot fanbase radius of each other. Notable among his work is a penchant for spoken-word, agonizing verbalization, electronic mayhem, turntablism, inverted instrumentation, and strange time patterns, Code is a tasteful submission to your eardrums and your spirit in tandem. Formerly presented under the moniker Soul Arson on the now defunct mp3.com(RIP).
