Much has changed on the British pop kings' fourth studio LP. Gone is the electro tetchiness of "X & Y," replaced by a grandiloquence and real classic-rock force. This is Coldplay as molded by Brian Eno, and the partnership is out to convince us that "arena group" is no slur.
Coldplay release their fourth album 'Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends' on Capitol Records on June 17. The album comprises 10 brand new tracks, recorded in London, Barcelona and New York with producers Brian Eno and Markus Dravs.
'Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends' follows the hugely successful album "X&Y", which has sold 10 million copies since it's release in 2005.
