Some of us never outgrow our teenage obsession with Floyd and Metallica. In a select few cases, that's a good thing. The experimental guitar-rock stylings of Leeds, England's Chris Grey may take themselves as seriously as Waters and Gilmour, but Grey has an unmistakable feel for the grand, gleaming prog riff.
Biography
Constrain & Restrict is a solo music project by myself, Chris Grey, influenced by a range of artists such as Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Dredg, In Flames, Steve Vai... The music is all guitar-based rock/metal oriented, but influences from many other genres can be heard.
