All music published by Paul Daddy has been solely arranged and produced by Paul Daddy. All instruments and vocal arrangements are by Paul Daddy. You may not copy, hire, lend, publish, public perform, and broadcast any of these recordings without permission.

Minimum Compensation and Publication Royalty Provisions in Producers-Composer and Lyricists Guild of America.
One of the rights conferred by copyright is the sole right to perform the musical work or to communicate it by telecommunication to the public. In computing the number of the publisher's copyrighted musical compositions there shall be excluded musical compositions in the public domain and arrangements of musical compositions in the public domain if no royalties are payable with respect to such arrangements by the publisher.

The royalties herinabove provide for shall be payable only in connection with compositions originally created by the composer, it being agreed that no royalties shall be payable with reference to arrangements, orchestrations, translations or other adaptions or modifications of compositions written by others. As to "professional material" not sold or resold, no royalty shall be payable.

"Publisher" as used in this Article shall mean the original Publisher. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to obligate the Producer or its licensees or assigns to publish, record, reproduce ot otherwise exploit any music or musical composition.

If you feel rights have been violated, you feel disrespected, physically/mentally distroyed, harmed or directly/indirectly personally insulted by the publishing of these recordings please inform DOWNLOAD.COM and the Producer immediatly.

Licences are only then issued to music users who wish to publicly perform or communicate these works, in exchange for fees. The fees are only then distributed as royalties to members of the society and to foreign affiliated societies.
