Biography
Multi-instrumentalist/producer/songwriter Lynda Arnold has been performing and producing as Divasonic since 2000. She bounces back and forth between programming, flute, piano, singing and engineering her sounds and arrangements to mold music that is truly her own.
The sound of Divasonic is a blend of diverse electronic beats, samples and synths combined with classically-infused flute and keyboard improvisations. Original lyrics derived from her poetry often touch on spiritual themes in her current work. Her voice teaches and teases you, winding around the layered textures and with an attractive rawness. Experimentation is key to the development of the Divasonic sound as well as collaboration with other talented musicians from every musical background.
Divasonic is featured as a flute soloist on the 2004 EMI Germany release by the Spiritual Brothers. The world electronica album also features world renown singers Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Dariush.
